Who We Are

The Duval Soil & Water Conservation District is a local governmental conservation district dedicated to promoting the responsible stewardship of Duval County's soil, water, and natural resources.

We work alongside residents, landowners, farmers, educators, and community partners to protect our soil, safeguard our water, and preserve the natural landscapes that define Northeast Florida.

Governed by a locally elected board of supervisors, the District serves every corner of Duval County — from urban neighborhoods and suburban homesteads to agricultural lands and coastal waterways.
